Ulises Hernandez is a Researcher on the Green Freight team. He first joined the ICCT as a Roadmap Intern in 2015 and a Fellow on Mexico and Brazil work in 2016. His current work as a Researcher focuses on data analysis and policy evaluation of green freight programs, including supply chain assessment and the development of a road freight roadmap. Before joining the ICCT, he worked as an environmental economist conducting analyses on vehicle efficiency regulatory standards and fiscal measures, road transportation emissions and freight NAMAs in Mexico. Ulises holds a Master in City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. in Economics from Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (Mexico).
