Gwen Spencer is a seasoned Partner at PwC with over 27 years of experience, where she has been a trusted advisor to prestigious organizations. Her tenure at PwC includes significant contributions to the northeast senior leadership team and the guidance of high-performing teams nationwide. Gwen has been instrumental in driving business objectives and advancing Corporate Responsibility, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. She has led impactful corporate responsibility efforts, including orchestrating over $11 million in employee giving and securing $3 million in grants for non-profit organizations.

In addition to her role at PwC, Gwen has a distinguished record of service on corporate boards and committees, including over six years as chair and director. She currently chairs the Board of the American Cancer Society of Eastern New England, where she has been recognized with the St. George 2024 National Award for her strategic contributions. She also advises Camp Wightman, leading their fundraising committee and shaping governance frameworks. Gwen’s early career experience in the retail and wholesale sectors provided a solid foundation for her subsequent roles in accounting and governance. She holds a CPA, Juris Doctor, and Master of Laws, reflecting her deep legal and financial expertise.
