Background
Tim Dallmann is a researcher on the Clean Air and Passenger Vehicles teams, with expertise in motor vehicle emissions. He currently focuses on the assessment of air quality impacts of on- and off-road vehicles and equipment. Before joining the ICCT, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Center for Atmospheric Particle Studies at Carnegie Mellon University, where he worked to improve techniques used for characterizing urban air pollution. Tim holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, as well as an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
