Bharat Bhatt
Finance and Operations Manager

Bharat Bhatt is the ICCT’s Finance and Operations Manager for India. He is based in New Delhi hase over ten years of experience in Administartion, and operations management in the IT and development sectors. Before joining ICCT, Bharat worked for a European Union project called International Urban Cooperation, since inception to closer, which was managed in India by a German consulting firm called GFA Consulting Group. Prior to joining the GFA, he worked with the Indian startup Knowlarity Communications and began his career with the US-based startup Gale Technologies, which was eventually acquired by Dell.
