Webinar: Green vehicle replacement programs as a response to the COVID-19 crisis
In response to the economic downturn caused by measures intended to confine the spread of COVID-19, purchase premiums and vehicle replacement programs are being considered to spur the economic recovery of the automotive industry. To inform policies currently being considered, this webinar will assess the GHG and pollutant emissions impact of potential vehicle replacement programs in the largest European vehicle markets. Furthermore, the presentation will review the environmental impact of previous vehicle replacement programs implemented after the 2007-2008 financial crisis.
