Bernetta R. Conner, MBA, SHRM-CP, is responsible for full oversight and management of the organization’s human resource function. Bernetta’s role includes planning, leading, and directing the human resources department in global recruitment strategies for the organization, employee engagement, DEI&B, policy development and staff development.

Bernetta has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, working in both for-profit and not-for-profit settings. Bernetta obtained a Master’s in Business Administration in 2006. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources Management. Bernetta obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University and was recognized as a certified professional in human resources by the Society of Human Resources.
