Chelsea Burroughs
Senior Administrative Coordinator
As a Senior Administrative Coordinator on ICCT’s International Partnerships Program, Chelsea supports the operations of the ZEV Transition Council, the International ZEV Alliance, the TRUE Initiative, and the Accelerating to Zero Coalition. She also provides executive assistance to ICCT’s Deputy Director. Prior to joining ICCT, Chelsea worked as a Public Policy Analyst at the National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB), where she worked to increase the capacity of Latino-serving community organizations to engage in federal, local, and state-level policymaking processes. Chelsea first developed her public policy and administrative skills at the Center for Environmental Health (CEH), a California-based public health nonprofit where she worked throughout her undergraduate career. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a Los Angeles native, a proud Costa Rican-American, and a cat lover.
