Diane Tworog
Chief Operating Officer

Diane Tworog leads ICCT’s back office, including development, finance, human resources, and operations. In that capacity, she develops and implements policies and procedures to improve the ICCT's organizational effectiveness and efficiency. She founded ICCT’s development program and has helped the organization expand and diversify its funding base. She received a BA in International Studies from Elon University and a certificate in nonprofit management from Georgetown University. Prior to joining the ICCT, Diane was Associate Director of Common Cause North Carolina and also worked with the Elkhorn Slough Foundation.
