Ellen Wong
Program Services Manager
Ellen Wong is the Program Services Manager for ICCT. She is responsible for improving and streamlining program and operational tasks across the organization including budgeting, reporting, and strengthening project management skills and best practices. Prior to joining ICCT, Ellen worked in program and project management roles at various consulting firms in the Washington, DC area. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University as well as a BA in German Studies from Brown University.
