James Carroll
Revenue Accountant

James Carroll is a Revenue Accountant within the Finance Department at the ICCT. As the Revenue Accountant, James is responsible for reading Grants and Contract agreements and determining the proper accounting treatment. Prior to joining the ICCT, James worked in the Business Tax Services (BTS) service line in the Denver Office of KPMG. While working at KPMG, James attained his CPA certificate in the state of Colorado. Since starting at the ICCT, James has started the process of re-activating his license. James has a master’s and bachelor’s degree in accounting.
