Jessica Chu
Senior Communications Specialist

As a Senior Communications Specialist, Jessica produces a wide range of content to promote the critical work of ICCT’s research, including graphic designs, videos, and motion graphics. She also manages all phases of planning and executing ICCT’s in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. She serves as a liaison between the China team/Beijing office and communications team, where she oversees the content for use in China. Previously, Jessica worked in advertising for Fortune 500 clients, where she learned to connect the dots across content, data, digital media, and technology services. Jessica holds a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated with honors.
