Senior Operations Manager

Luke Cheng is the Senior Operations Manager at the ICCT Beijing Office, primarily responsible for operational management, legal compliance, office policies, and team building. Additionally, he supports partner relationship management and project activity implementation. With extensive work experience both domestically and internationally, he has held positions at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, the International Institute for Sustainable Development, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark in Beijing, and an Australian accounting firm. His proficiencies span organizational management, internal systems development, international cooperation, and sustainable development. Mr. Cheng is also a qualified Australian Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

程路佳先生是ICCT北京代表处的高级运营经理，主要负责代表处的运营管理、法律合规、人事制度及团队建设，并在合作伙伴关系管理和项目活动执行方面提供支持。他拥有丰富的海内外工作经历，曾在艾伦·麦克阿瑟基金会、国际可持续发展研究院、丹麦王国驻华大使馆和澳洲会计师事务所任职；在机构管理、内部制度建设、国际合作和可持续发展等领域积累了丰富的经验。此外，他还持有澳洲注册会计师资格。
