Theresa Morrison
Human Resources Manager

Theresa Morrison serves as the Human Resources Manager for the ICCT. She supports the organization in areas of recruitment, benefits management, onboarding, staff development and training, employee engagement, compliance, and other special projects related to human resources. Prior to joining the ICCT, Theresa was a human resources coordinator with ABC 7’s WJLA-TV and a human resources assistant with Doctors Community Hospital. Theresa received her bachelor’s of science in sociology from Bowie State University and a graduate certificate in human resources management from Capella University. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and also holds her aPHR HR certification through HRCI.
