Candace is a Senior Development Associate based in the DC office. She supports the Development Team in grant/contract administration and oversees half of the organization’s active grants. Candace holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland and an MSc in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Edinburgh.

Alison Weber is a Development Manager at the ICCT and is responsible for helping effectively manage the organization’s increasing funding portfolio. Liz Young
Liz Young serves as ICCT's Grants Manager, overseeing ICCT's active grants and contracts. She has six years of experience in grants management and institutional fundraising, and a passion for climate mitigation and energy efficiency. Liz holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Environmental Studies from Wells College.
