Jade is the Administrative Coordinator for ICCT’s San Francisco office. A 2020 graduate from UC Berkeley, Jade holds a BA in Political Science and Conservation & Resource studies, with previous professional experience in environmental stewardship and political campaigns.

Jasmine Harris is the Administrative Coordinator for the DC office. She has been an administrative professional for nine years and counting, after graduating from Virginia State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications. Jasmine grew up in Virginia but loves to spend her free time in the city.

Mengdie Zhou is a Senior Administrative Coordinator for ICCT’s Beijing office. Jennifer received her B.S in Business Administration-Accounting from San Francisco State University in San Francisco, California.
