Comments to Environment and Climate Change Canada on the Clean Fuel Standard Regulatory Framework

Written comments by the ICCT to Environment and Climate Change Canada regarding the agency’s proposed Clean Fuel Standard framework. Specifically, the comments warn the omission of indirect land use change (ILUC) accounting will significantly undermine the GHG savings of the program.
