Bryan Comer
Director of Marine Program
Bryan is the director of the ICCT’s marine program. Bryan is an internationally recognized expert on the design and implementation of policies to reduce the climate and health impacts of shipping. He specializes in translating ICCT’s technical research findings into actionable policy recommendations that clean up the global shipping industry. Bryan holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Policy from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, as well as an M.S. and B.S. in Public Policy from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
