Program Services Associate
Karen is a Program Services Associate based out of the São Paulo Office, and is responsible for improving and streamlining program and operational tasks in the Brazil Office. Prior to joining ICCT, Karen worked in program and project management roles at various NGOs in São Paulo, including The City Needs You Institute. Karen graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo (USP), and has studied Societal Entrepreneurship and Group Facilitation at YIP.
