Xinran Liu is an Associate Researcher on the Heavy-duty vehicles team at the China office. Her research focuses on technical and policy analysis to reduce pollutant emission and promote decarbonization and electrification for heavy-duty vehicles in China. Xinran holds a Master’s degree in Transportation System Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Southeast University (China).
