Jen is the Managing Editor and writing cluster coordinator at ICCT. She earned a master’s degree in sustainability management from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and previously worked in various editorial roles, including several years as a managing editor in private-sector background due diligence. Jen also holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from St. John’s University in New York.
