Statement in front of U.S. House of Representatives subcommittees

On September 22, 2016 the Subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing, and Trade and the Subcommittee on Energy and Power held a joint hearing on the “Midterm Review and Update on the Corporate Average Fuel Economy Program and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Standards For Motor Vehicles.” John German, our Senior Fellow, was invited to give a statement as a technical expert at the joint hearing.
