Francielle is a Researcher on the Marine team based in ICCT’s São Paulo office. Francielle has deep expertise in fuels, life-cycle analyses, and bioenergy. She holds a Ph.D. in Energy Planning at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) focused on using new fuels to mitigate emissions from international shipping. Her work focuses on ICCT engagement in Brazil marine policies, life-cycle assessment guidelines, and potential supply and demand for lower life-cycle emission fuels.
