Gaurav Dubey is a Researcher with a focus on zero-emission-vehicles transition. As part of the International Partnerships Program, he works with the Zero Emission Vehicles Transition Council (ZEVTC) and the International Zero-Emission Vehicles Alliance (IZEVA). Prior to ICCT, Gaurav has worked for over 8 years in urban transport strategy and policy making in India. He has an MSc in Transport Planning from Newcastle University, UK and a PhD in Geography and the Environment from the University of Oxford.
