Gaurav Dubey is a Researcher with a focus on zero-emission-vehicles transition. As part of the International Partnerships Program, he works with the Zero Emission Vehicles Transition Council (ZEVTC), the Accelerating to Zero (A2Z) Coalition and the International Zero-Emission Vehicles Alliance (IZEVA). Prior to ICCT, Gaurav has worked for over 8 years in urban transport strategy and policy making in India. He has a MSc in Transport Planning from Newcastle University, UK and is finishing up a PhD in Transport Studies from the University of Oxford.
