Lingzhi is a senior researcher and project manager with the Modeling, Monitoring and Evaluation team. She leads projects that assess, monitor, and project the emissions, climate and health impacts of transport policies and strategies, translate technical evidence into key insights, and steer stakeholder actions. She has supported policies driving decarbonization, electrification and clean air at both national and city levels across Asia, North America, South America, Europe and Africa. In her daily work, she collaborates cross-functionally with a diverse global staff spanning different programs and time zones.
Ms. Jin holds an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University with a focus on Atmosphere and Energy, and a B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences with a minor in Finance from Nanjing University in China.
